3. Quotes and Pricing

3.1 Quote Validity

Quotes provided by Yhjytz are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Quote Basis

Quotes are based on information provided by you and may be subject to change following a site survey. The final price may differ from the initial quote if:

• Additional work is required that wasn't apparent initially
• You request changes to the agreed scope of work
• Unforeseen circumstances are encountered during installation

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust prices to reflect any changes in the scope of work. We will always inform you before proceeding with any additional costs.

4. Services

4.1 Scope of Work

The scope of work will be detailed in your quote and any subsequent contract. We will endeavour to complete all work as specified.

4.2 Installation Standards

All installations will be carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers in accordance with relevant regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

4.3 Scheduling

We will agree installation dates with you in advance. We aim to complete installations on schedule but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be communicated with your quote. Typically, a deposit is required to secure your installation date, with the balance payable upon completion.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as detailed at the time of booking.

5.3 Late Payment

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

6. Cancellations

6.1 By You

You may cancel your order by providing written notice. Cancellation charges may apply depending on when the cancellation is made:

• More than 48 hours before installation: Full refund of deposit
• Less than 48 hours before installation: Deposit may be retained
• After installation has commenced: Balance payment may still be required

6.2 By Us

We may cancel your order if circumstances beyond our control prevent us from completing the work. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of any payments made.

7. Warranties

7.1 Manufacturer Warranty

Boilers are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by make and model. Full warranty terms are provided with your documentation.

7.2 Workmanship

We warrant our installation work for a period of 12 months from completion. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship.

7.3 Warranty Conditions

Warranties are subject to:

• Annual servicing of the boiler by a qualified engineer
• The boiler being used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Payment being made in full

8. Liability

8.1 Our Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the services provided. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business
• Damage caused by circumstances outside our control

8.2 Your Liability

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your property and for informing us of any hazards or access restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property
